Another attempt at options. Another big fail. I've been struggling with everything lately and I might have to go back to paper trading. This looked like a good setup. A big pullback after a failed b/o on copper which is hot. But it seems to be downtrending now so I'm out with what I can get.
Swing Trade - Sold too soon in pre market and missed the breakout at market open. Spiked at open to 83.
Swing Trade - sold in Premarket thinking it peaked and was going to drop on open. Bad move... completely missed the huge breakout at market open.
Swing Trade - Looking back, looks like I'm exiting too early on these multiday runners.
Swing Trade-nice gap up at market open. In retrospect, sold too soon. Looks like a cup&handle. Not good at judging multiday runners. Gapped up again next day. Looking back, need to learn to Read the Tape better. There was a lot of strength on Level 2 and Time&Sales, like a ball pushed underwater. Had I read this better, could have seen it was still pushing up. On my last few trades, I exited too early. Had I read the tape better, would have seen there was still more strength on the grind up.
