[TimAlerts] Stupid question: I've selected the $CCXI ticker from the main Chat Room which opens the chart on the right-hand side of screen. There's a green candlestick on the '15:45' vertical line. Is this the 24hr military clock? Fi so, then that would be 3:45pm, but 3:45pm where!?
