First trade in a while. Stock had a huge morning spike from 90 cents to 1.90. Came down to arounf$1 and started making higher lows. Bought around 1.15 breakout and scaled out a little int the first push to 1.20. Took some off when it cracked 1.15 support but held some into its later spike to 1.30 VWAP, which got rejected. Not as big of a win as I hoped but decent.
Went up 70% from my entry but took a nice profit anyway. Micro float up on news, was looking for a squeeze. Consolidated mid-day in the mid 6's so I got in when it made a new high. Sold when it hit $8 because I was working so couldn't watch the price action. Halted when it spiked to $9 and hit a high of $12.60 afterwards on heavy volume. Would not have held all the way even if I was at home, but could have done a little better.
Small win. Initially wanted this as a swing but it had already broken out and was selling off towards its breakout level. Was still wanting to swing risking off of the breakout level. Got in when it looked like it was pushing but could not get higher than VWAP and sold when volume faded off and broke below VWAP.
This recent spiker was curling back up on the daily chart. Had a morning spike from 3.80 to 2.70 and came back down to 3.20. Grinded back up mid-day and I bought the breakout on high volume. Was aming for the $4 break but was getting topp so I locked in profits. SMall position as I usually like buying near support, not at breakouts. Dipped quite a bit after, so my exits were good. ut it did respike and break $4 last hour of the day.
