i exactly know what you feel. I did the same stupid trade yesterday on AMDA, i wait to long to get in and get burnd.

most of us have experienced this frsutration my friend, but as you stated "stick to the rules". You will do much better on the next trade!!!

watch some of tims videos, it helps boost you up when you get bummed out from losing money. Got to get back up on that horse and ride again man! You can do this. Take your time and focus on your trades and you can do it. We all loose some, I consider it the cost of eduction from the school of hard knocks.
