[TimChallenge] EBIO finally filed the takeover, which they have reported the last days so often. If you look at the event payments at the SEC filing, it sums up to $262.5 million, if they achieve their goals. So I see EBIO only playable again in September when we see if they get there IND clearance or not. What are your thoughts?
