The trend of entering trades with low profit potential is something I need to stop doing. If there isn't a solid 10-20% gain on these day trades, I shouldn't be taking them.

Not a single pre-market gapper took off today. Ended up starting in the red and chasing, which put me deeper into the red. Overall market gapped up, so makes sense that gappers followed, but none of them had any real push.

Today was a hard day. After getting burned on a false breakout from NAVB, I began to overtrade in an attempt to move out of the red. After commissions, I ended deeper with a good lesson learned.

A repeat of yesterday. I'm still lacking confidence to let winners run and instead jump in and out as they climb, resulting in commissions eating a large portion of my profit. Green on the day and increasing my win/loss ratio, but I've got to clean up my activity.

Overall a green day thanks to ACB, but lesson learned was to let momentum stocks run. Jumping in and out repeatedly on a climb causes commissions to eat into your P&L.

Practicing my movement plays on CBAY and MARK today. Ended green, but need to figure out a better process for order entry/exit in my broker interface (Questrade). Had a loss when I couldn't make edits fast enough.

Two profitable trades today (BYND and ZM). Bought into both during the morning sell-off. Sold both when they returned to open. Executed my plan, even though both continued to the upside after my exit. A green day is still a good day.
