Like Tim says take your foot off the pedal and trade like a sniper. Just try to do 1 or 2 trades a day. Nothing more. Keep It Simple like you said. Notice when and how Tim trades. Best wishes.

I've been making the same mistakes too. I think it helps if you mentally rehearse or say out loud what you're supposed to do every morning before you trade. e.g be disciplined, have a plan and stick to it, let the trades come to you, cut losses quickly, let winners run and don't force trades that aren't there.
