Did not take trade on wed/thur Feb 10-11th.
Went long on $GRPN, on good earnings news with plan to sell after hours or into the morning. Made a idiotic mistake and put it a Limit order instead of stop limit (noobish mistake). So position sold off immediately was not really happy, as the stock traded up to 2.97 after hours ;(
Sold ZAGG 150 share at 9.87, weak open play straight of text booking trading(ivestorslive dvd), could have waited till bounce. But you never how low these can go. No more overnight holds for me, need to stick to stuff that I know.
Bought ZAGG 150 share at 10.34, hoping to sell high 10's to low 11's. As it held some of its multi day support, very positive earnings news and its a former runner.
Did not take any trades Feb 4th and 5th was watching couple of earnings winners will be watch them, for break outs/dip buys.
I totally understand, I tried a small account like that and got nowhere quick other than paying comm fees, so I paper traded until I saved enough then jumped back in
@jujufumpkins Ihogjt suggest you retread. Look at the second paragraph of section two under "outstanding voting securities," there are 32 mil outstanding shares of which 17 mil, or 54% voted for the action, those are stockholders not officers I think
