[TimChallenge] Haha that is funny because it looks like a garage, but guys, keep perspective, that it La Jolla California, and they are right on the ocean. That space is not cheap to rent. Its a small space, so they might be "boutique" type of bio firm not like pfizer or bigger guys, but this isn't exactly the strip mall Tim made fun of on the $DOMK trade ... still, I think I'm short biased too :)
