I am making the transition myself now. Has it's differences but the moves are similar. Patience, or lack of is my biggest hurdle. Good luck!

Nasdaq stocks are choppier and level 2 is less useful for them.

Well you need to always be looking out for changing market conditions and always be tweaking your strategies. But a strategy that works fine one day will not just stop working the next -- rather you may find that stocks that reliably dropped after a break of support now tend to quickly bounce before having the big drop.
