Have to handle emotions better, heavy losses, overtrading, hurting me financially and physically. Some great ideas short early on and long, was long at 66 it popped hard like I wanted but out early to recover losses on day. Did not overtraded today, well a little loose but not bad really. Was +45 then went long here and out fast for small win to end +175 now, it’s dropping now so not best entry risk limit but I know I need to be out fast on almost all my trades unless it runs early, since I am still not consistent enough yet. Skills reading improving losses help me patient today, have to apply that and avoid the big losses
