Have to handle emotions better, heavy losses, overtrading, hurting me financially and physically. Some great ideas short early on and long, was long at 66 it popped hard like I wanted but out early to recover losses on day. Did not overtraded today, well a little loose but not bad really. Was +45 then went long here and out fast for small win to end +175 now, it’s dropping now so not best entry risk limit but I know I need to be out fast on almost all my trades unless it runs early, since I am still not consistent enough yet. Skills reading improving losses help me patient today, have to apply that and avoid the big losses

Began -660 OVERTRADING, I think I was trying to dip buy 70, and below, and I just kept entering and losing. Emotions were severe due to large loss amount. Fought back to -175, felt very confident, which was my downfall. At 65 either didn’t try DUE TO LARGE LOSSES PILED UP PLUS FEAR, or just misplayed it, missed the real bounce. Went to -1500, equalling largest loss day ever. Bought 68 out under 69 earning back 1/3 of losses, big win, feels good. This kind of GIANT move day ends accounts. Waiting longer to let chart develop, avoiding building losses, and then overcoming fear to take big RR trades. Overtraded a lot; but, my wins were RR 1/3 1/4 at least which is right, just cant ignorantly keep entering when I’m losing every time, be patient then, wait for chart, or stop at a loss limit on the day.

Election Day yesterday huge drop AH then complete bounce recovery, earnings per mkt on this, plenty of volatility both sides. Think I placed 2 trades on this one on SMCI, got lucky on all of them, out fast. Almost went for the dip buy on this coulda had $1200 profit with 400 shares but FEAR kept me from trying, shoot my shot if it’s really good possible RR. Keep patience wait back never push and slide in

Built up -660 felt REALLY AWFUL. Lesson, again, don’t short support in a consolidation expecting a breakdown* OVERTRADED, FORCED/PUSHED, no one can force the mkt, the mkt will take away all your money. STUCK in there and fought taking many little wins to get back to only -160 which feels GREAT. Will feel BETTER TO WAIT FOR CHART TO DEVELOP AND READ CONFIDENCE TO INCREASE.

Able to be breakeven most of day. Lowest point was -100 a 2-3 times. Was +200 couple times, then went long for quick hit to end here. OVERTRADED. Let FEAR again keep me from trying a high RR trade today, but patience, waiting, reading, bias direction, entries, emotional control, intelligent operations, all improving skill.

Election next Tuesday, CRYPTO THEFT BIGGEST IN HISTORY, fears of power grid shutdown down and major war preparations, qqq giant gap down and no bounces couldn’t break its opening hod and just down. Great patience, reading, idea generation, just got emotional and couldn’t stay in a winner long enough for it to count…+140 to -9 to +55 to close, more patience, sometimes it’s ok to ignore the normal fears I have and just slide in and try an idea, if I think I can hold it for longer than just a few min play, the rr is with it sometimes hugely, but good day paper results not here yet

Built up -100 to -200 I think, saw my chance for a good idea and cut if far too early around 80.23, to recover my losses, and lock in a small profit, it ran almost to 81 now. My issues is forcing, NEVER FORCE ALWAYS WAIT BACK and slide in. Good to see my long read work out as foreseen, prior 7 entries were long n short but in hindsight best to have WAITED FOR MKT AND CHART TO DEVELOP, for higher confidence read. Gave +72 back, FORCING.

Embarrassing, hurtful, shameful. Overtraded. No loss limit. Interest rate announcement day, knew likely best avoid prior to it (2pm). Fair patience n waiting, few good ideas, but didn’t hold them, use wide enough stop, and built up losses causing emotion to impact decision making. After seeing being on right track, but not staying in a couple correct ideas, gave me reason to keep fighting for more chances, but I was already spent. Long and short too many times number just shows net result

Just showing net loss. Coming into today high confidence due to reading well, patience, recovering a big loss day, discipline, and being on right side of mkt. Started out today 2 buys both push out, shorted won all back plus to be +100. Gave it away, earned it back to +100. Decided to force more money out of mkt today, overtraded, revenge traded, traded mid day, at non key levels, not patient enough, broke all my rules

Another impressive mental day, could have capitalized better with a short up near hod but had two small long ideas and 1 stop out net +199 today, think I too .30 first win and similar second win, cant remember exact details but the short up at I think 87 was best idea of day just didn’t try it was emotional already
