Hawkish down goes the market ,doveish up and market usually moves the opposite at 2:30pm due to over reaction but I have a feeling the market will not like what he says but then again the market has been blowing off his statements lately so dont predict - react.

I am just now in a place where I have a decent amount of capital to use and I am not making as many rookie mistakes as I once did
