Ran premarket from $2.40 to $5.12 on AI PR. The company had an active $12.455M ATM, creating dilution risk. I chased the move. The better entry was near $3.50 around VWAP and the 9 EMA. The setup failed, my second entry was a chase, and I cut losses quickly.

This was a terrible trade and a good example of why I have been focusing on just taking profits in this market rather than getting greedy. I was up over $30 on this trade, but got greedy and the stock started failing quickly. I wiped out most of my gains this morning from my other trades from being stubborn. This was a great lesson and will use it going forward.

My high of day break has failed me all day. Need a different buy signal, or add filters. No major mistakes today, but a handful of paper cuts leaves me with no wins and a loss of $45. Sure hope I'm learning something.

Stock paused for a bit, seemed ready for next leg up. In fact, it went down.

Dang, used a market order and got a horrible exit, I need to engrain the habit of using limit orders again. Not a bad bounce, ended up bouncing up to the mid .55's. I need to use limit orders unless it is a panic free fall, but my exits should be near key targets and at least close to 10%. Mkt should rally here soon, will most likely only trade once or twice a day on THIS setup to get my footing first no matter what before I trade any other setup....
