@Turbobob What Tim said that you didn't is that you have to buy in anticipation of the breakout when the price action is strong, if you wait until the breakout and buy, you always lose whenever it fails instead of taking small gains if it fails. If p/a is weak and only strengthens at the b/o point then a buy is fine. Do you do this Bob?

If momentum is strong, I will sometimes buy in anticipation of the break out. But normally I wait for it to confirm before I enter.

Thank you Bob for all that you do and alert in the Challenge Chat Room it is a big help for myself and others. Speaking of this "confirming" b/o do you have a certain % or above the b/o # that you buy in on? Ex: b/o level of a stock is 3.00 would you buy at 3.01/05/etc? thank you sir

On a break out, I usually give it $.05.
