I would focus on the stocks with the most volume pre market or recent runners that still have short sellers in them. Those tend to be the biggest runners. thats my opinion at least

Afterhours ASK is meaningless if no sizable trades are taking place at those levels. I could be the only one selling and ASK for $100, and it doesn't mean anything when you formulate your trading plan. CBAY has a terribly boring yearly chart with very few days making any moves that you could profit nicely on. Volume is really low, so unless there's a catalyst, this is a no-play stock for me.

Don't try to trade based soley on patterns you think you see. Come up with a trading plan instead. If you do see a breakout above $6 on Monday, what will your plan be? How much will you risk downwards, and what technical levels reasonably support your values? Based on the yearly chart, I can't even begin to think of a reasonable plan because of how small the moves have been. There's other factors too, but consider all the variables before taking a trade.

TurboBob is watching for the move past 6.00 so sounds like you are on the right track.
