Well. Maybe just input manually. A screen shot goes a long way if you feel the need to prove it. Do you have an overseas account? Not US right? That could have a lot to do with it, if so.

@Madbash you now earlier it works. Then i deleted my Account for some months. When i came back it doesnt work further ...sadly

IB normally uses weekends to perform server maintence. If you cant log into the website or TWS, the "problem" is with IB. Just try again later
