[TimAlerts] So based on my limited experience BIND is selling its assets for 20 M minimum (the bid they already have, unless they get higher bids which are not likely). That price will not go straight into shareholders, it will hit all their loans, first lien holders and all their own BK stuff etc before going to common shareholders. So with outstanding shares of 20.9 M according to etrade you're already under a dollar
