[TimAlerts] Previous resistance becomes support, especially on a round number. Last month $TOPS couldn't get past 5, now that it broke past 5, it's having a difficult time going below it. Round numbers are also psychological buying and selling points for day traders.

[TimAlerts] Thank you. Bounces are what I've been watching more often since thats what makes the most sense so far. On Aug 3, Tim bought $TOPS during midday and I didn't understand why if it was red on the day and hadn't showed much uptrend or volume.
