Interactive Brokers is a solid broker for shorting. Other favorites are Speedtrader, Lightspeed, and Suretrader. Special broker (Centerpoint Securities) is the best but you have to bring the money to the table (40k+).. The key to getting the best shorts with most brokers is how much money you have. If you're a high roller, the broker will work with you. If not, they will reject you. They don't want to work with nagging and inexperienced small traders.

haha to start early yes? @kroyrunner i unfortunately already get up at 5 to work at 6. Im going to try to do some trading at work since i have break every 2hrs and a 30min break 30mins before stocks close.

I get up at 5 every day as well but if youre short selling you need to watch the trade closely
