Alert from Market Crux but jumped too soon. Forgot this site is more for longer trades and not day trades. Just wasn't thinking. Been having morning brain fog from new meds so need to be much more thoughtful before trading. Stop loss protected from bigger loss as it kept dropping for next hour until I stopped watching. Wasted a day trade and now have to hold another trade overnight. Dumb!

IN: XGPT listed previous night but didn’t buy it. Overnight steady increase in price so bought it at $0.60. Forgot only one day trade I could make and already was doing great on RNAZ. Had to hold overnight. OUT: Price went up Monday, as high as $0.5499. Watched a bit too long, hoping for a <5% loss but didn’t get there. Finally sold at $0.4836. Should have sold sooner than just watch but glad to get back much of the loss I was looking at.

IN: Based on SuperNova alert, bought in but higher price that the alert (5.73 vs. 5.69) as I saw the alert about 45 minutes after it came out and held over the weekend. Only got above buy price a few times even in aftermarket. OUT: Missed the highs of Monday on the open. By time I checked again it had stagnated around 5.48-5.50. Put in a limit to sell order at $5.50 and was able to get out at a small loss.

Oracle had this with a entry of $0.51 but pre-market showed steady increase all morning so placed limit order of $0.49 pre-market and it bought at less. Was a good buy, as never dropped below that price at open. Seemed to have lots of resistance around $0.60 although bumped over it a few times. Couldn’t watch all day so placed conditional order of 0.61/0.43. It quickly popped at higher for a nice win.

My first buy completely investigated by myself. Saw this checking out penny stock list on Yahoo. Had a steady multi-day rise, with good volumes each day. News didn't really reveal a great reason, but it just was. Had a very little cash available in account so used it to buy 10 shares. Got a nice 20+% profit holding over the weekend. Just saw a trend that had seen showed potential profit and was able to make it a win, very small, but a win.

Came up as alert on Earnings Edge. But what I didn’t know there was alert to sell a few minutes after came out. I bought it it dropped as soon as it hit my portfolio, which is not unusual but it kept dropping all day. Couldn’t sell it as I already had my 3 day-trades used up so had to hold overnight. Much bigger loss than I wanted or could prevent. OUCH! Sold as soon as I could this morning, hating the big loss but got out and took my lumps. No more holding and hoping it might change.

Got alert from Earning Edge on this 4-24 and bought 2 contracts. Basically, about 75% of the remainder of my account. Tried to buy 3 contracts but didn’t have enough cash, so to avoid a trading violation, stuck with 2. Turned out to be a good buy. Held it overnight as had no more day trades left and sold this morning at a 26% profit. I decided to get out while still good. Stock price was already over the $11.00 target so not sure how much more might increase, so sold it.
