the live chat button is on the upper right of the website after you have logged in. it should give you a list of 3 chatrooms, and i use "general chat"

hey!, I have accounts on TDAmeritrade because of the software ThinkOrSwim, and OptionsHouse because of the option trading commissions. But, currently I'm interested on InteractiveBrokers because It has the best commissions structure...IMO

that is incorrect, you can sell it and in a cash account it will take 3 days to settle. So you can buy and sell the same day, and i believe u can buy again but you cannot sell until the funds have settled. you can use suretrader, it is offshore tho

i have not had a cash account in a long time if you have $2,000 you can get a margin account and then you can buy/sell same day 3 times in a week, also note buy/buy/sell=2 day trades where buy/sell/sell=1 on the same ticker

I'll tell you I'm not a great trader either. I turned my $2.4K of LAKE into a $1.1K within hours. I basically try to follow the patterns that Tim has laid out and if I start loosing I get out. The best advice I have, is get the videos, research all the stock on the Alerts and message boards, and cut losses early (this is my biggest problem).
It means he is out of the trade completely and posting the $$$ of the trade.
