Standard trade, but not overly happy about how I managed it mid-way. Caught it at the VR (good), pushed to SL to beyond the pivot point instead of outside the VR (baaaad), sold right at the pivot point as soon as we got there (good). Not bad, but need to be extra tight with those stop losses... no room for playfulness.
Standard trade. Caught it at the VR, perfect entry. I was planning to sell 10 contracts first and let another 3 run and let the system get me out, but we are talking about SPY $300, very top heavy. Thus I sold it all in one go and got a nice % gain. Good job. Very nervous in the beginning of the trade though, it was not running like I wanted it to. Probably due to the 300 level.
Quick, standard trade. Grabbed the price at the VR, let it go when I was making a good percentage. Good trade, but I am still exiting out of emotion and not out of what my system is telling me. I should really try to sell half my position out of emotion, but let the other one ride.
Loser trade, loss well taken. Should have taken it earlier but still, good job keeping it small. Also, good job not letting a day trade turn into a swing trade, the SPY is real choppy. Good entry, following my system but outside morning hours. This trade went well, smooth, no real surprises even if it turned against me. Keep following your system right out of the gate.
Bad, bad entry. Went against what my system told me because of talk of today the markets going up, thus I ignored my system telling me they would go down. It would have been a great quick day. In any case, I was able to sell into a nice pop for a nice gain, but this was a very bad gain. Undisciplined start of the trade, but I did manage it well once it "fell in my system rails". Great exit, although I wanted to catch the top, greedy (I did catch it too lol Dumb luck)
HORRIBLE TRADE!!! Went in out of FOMO using a smaller timeframe than I usually do, thus forcing an entry. Did not get out when my SL signal fired, and was just extremely lucky to have the trade go my way after the entire day going against me. I got greedy at the end because I wanted SOME money after such a hard day, but at least I did not hold overnight. Sold for a small profit. Good exit, terrible trade.
Standard trade right out of the gate. Caught it right at the VR and sold into (bearish) strength. The price might continue to go my way, but we are at a multi-day resistance and who knows what might happen. No room for guessing or gambling, discipline comes first. Good trade. In the beginning it went against me but my SL signal did not fire. I like that this system keeps you in the trade instead of getting you out too soon.
Quick trade right out of the gate. Caught price right at the VR, sold into strength. Got a little greedy tho. The trade went against me in the beginning, but it came back without firing my Stop Loss signal. I was not mentally strong while this was happening and I am not sure I would have cut my loss. I really need to get serious about respecting my SL. Finally, after I was done, my confidence was too shaky to go into another trade so I called it a day. AWESOME decision.
