@kroyrunner Hi Tim, thanks for all your time helping others. Have 2 questions: 1) When setting risk-reward, is it a good strategy to not lock in the profits unless the reward has reached more than twice or triple the risk level initially set? sometimes stocks can turn though and I worry about leaving that profit on the table 2) Is it better for executing a desired price, to place/send the limit order a bit ahead of time, as to get executed when the stock reaches that target? 1. I'd play the chart first and foremost, and what price action is telling you. Don't limited yourself to preconceived rules like that imo, because different situations will call for different adjustments

2. i prefer to wait until right up til the moment, but i've heard of other traders who put their orders in ahead of time. i'd say try out both ways, see what you like best!
