[TimChallenge] $ENZN's SEC filing is confusing. Can anyone tell me if this is correct? Ex-Dividend date of 8-13 and Date of Record 7-21? Do you need to own it by 7-21 and hold until 8-12? Or just own it by 7-21 and then you can sell it any day after?
