@tatievj The guideline of the 20-30 rule is something I have studied over time as that is pretty consistent. I recommend starting with consolidation afternoon plays. Very clear and direct of what the stock wants to do near EOD. Ideally you want to start to analyze around 1:30Est and look for the break to the upside towards HOD. Review my videos. Plenty of them

Hey Peter, I'm new to this challenge and just joined in July. I see you on the chatrooms everyday and working hard and i know i will go thru the same thing. What i'm saying is that you are making my path easier so don't give up bro. I live in London UK, and about to enter my first investments with a small accounts on TradeZero and TDA (Think or Swim) or maybe even Tradier as its cheaper. I'm both US and UK citizen but ultimately would trade with TZ as there is no PDT rule. Would be great to get some help in linking TZ to profit.ly. Also, anything else you recommend, does the bank one uses, currently I'm an HSBC account holder, matter? IOW, is it better to go with a certain bank. I also understand that TZ has high charges for wiring money in and out. How do we minimize this expensive action. Again, any other help you've encountered by trading outside US will be greatly appreciated. best V

Thanks for this Chris. Just starting off here on the challenge as of a month and a half ago. Do you feel your phone is a reliable backup? IOW, should you have both your computer system and phone on STT all the time while one figures out or upgrades to other backup means?

@vp_trader So for me the phone is just a fail safe to get out of a trade if my internet, power, or computer stop working. I had a big loss early in my trading because I was in a trade and my internet cut out and I had no clue how to login to my etrade and cut the trade from my phone. Since then I now have a rule that if I'm in a trade and something fails I will immediately login with my phone as I try to diagnose the issue. If the trade is going against me I cut, if its working I hold and work o
