@timothysykes Have you made enough profit this year to get out of the PDT rule yet? You seem to be doing pretty good.

@timothysykes I am a little confused when it comes to the PDT rule. According to my broker, and what I have been doing has been on less than $2000 and a cash account.... I have no margin no, but, I can trade as much as i want with buying power for the day? I think people are misinformed when it comes to thinking they have to have 25K just to day trade.

Lots of interest in trading options lately because of the amazing potential. I just want everyone to understand there is also great risk. Today I am refunding my account because I was not disciplined in taking losses. For anyone to just jump into trading options without proper education would be account suicide. Options expire worthless.... Good Luck

When you say the most you can lose is 100% you're talking about the cost of the option right?

When you're on the buying side. Selling you can lose more than 100%.

I do options versus solid stock buying as my account is not the size to buy thousands. Also profit margins are higher for options.

@Rollingball I seem to be doing okay, check out some of my trades. Options have more % potential. I don't see the point in risking thousands to make hundreds.

Heard of insider buying of almost 150,000 shares around newyears. No news for it to spike; could look like LEI after it's spike.

@ProfitVine I did notice there was no particular catalyst for this, but I try to follow the price action ( and sometimes I'm wrong). It is a bio stock so what I've heard from @timothysykes is to play the price action.
