Recap for 5.9.017
By Madbash
INPXThis Ultra Low float ticker had a solid run up on news of a Purchase Order from a leading Healthcare Insurance Provider worth 2.5 Million. It got hammered a little in the a/h so I might expect a morning panic that should have a nice rebound. This company releases earnings on Thursday, and the risk of an offering rules out o/n plays. Possible Dip buy into panic, or short if the back side of the move presents itself. This sad ticker faded all after hours and pre market then all day. It will probably have some kind of rebound, but short sellers will probably love to hold this thing down. The best bounce it had was worth about 10%
ZPAS, SLTKThese two Pumps are in different stages. ZPAS is due for a big panic, and SLTK just had its second red day. I would look to make a bounce play into panic on ZPAS, and I am watching SLTK for further downside before a likely bounce off of the 1.00 area. Shares are tough to find, but both are ripe for a short. ZPAS keeps going up and SLTK keeps going down. ZPAS did fail to recover from its usual eod fade. That leads me to believe this morning could be the big panic day. SLTK is looking very ripe for a bounce, but PumpVille can be a sad sad place.
WKHSThis ticker had a morning panic and a weak bounce that led to consolidation and a bit more panic. This will probably continue to fade unless it has a solid PR, or some meaningful news. I would consider a bounce play into pure panic or off of support in the 2.60/2.70 area. This had a nice panic & bounce in the morning but with only about 10% volatility. The short into the spike would have been a good play as this stepped down all day. This may bounce a little, but the old WorkHorse is probably done for a while.
ESSI, MTBCThese are both sketchy tickers that could be worthy of a short into any strength. MTBC should have heavy resistance approaching 2.50, and ESSI doesn’t look to stand a chance of getting through 2.75, much less 3.00 Possible shorts on both. ESSI had a great day of fade, but alas I found no shares. MTBC has come alive with good earnings, and may become an earnings winner. The 2.50 level will be a key level to break for a chance at spiking big.
LXU I have a swing position that I would say is full size. If tomorrow’s price action is weak, I will likely sell and take small profits. I still think this continues to bounce towards 10.00, but I would rather free up capital and minimize risk if this cannot perk up a bit. The morning started weakly so I decided to sell my position. I could have been a little more patient, but this closed red on the day so I am fine having taken profits.
I foolishly wasted a day trade following another trader into a senseless short position. That is one rule I really need to get a hold of. No Follow! No Follow! No Follow!
