Watch List for 7.21.017

AVEO This ticker has been a good example of how the pennystocking framework applies to a slower moving stock.  Less volatility means you need more patience once you are in the trade.  I have a short position now, and would consider one add in the 2.65 range, but 2.70 is my risk so I would have to play carefully.

 

AEZS Yesterday I made a senseless and impulsive buy of this, which was pure gamble in my eyes. -86 Today I really need to avoid playing this because it is very choppy as the  Shorts and Longs squeeze and crack each other.  A good one to watch, but if you don’t get in on one of the early breakouts, it is better to avoid.

 

PLUG This High Float ticker is up on news of a new deal with Wal-Mart.  I will watch for volatility, but I personally don’t like this ticker.  I would love to get short in a push towards 3.00, but most likely just a watch.

 

ZN This volatile spiker is having a great push back towards its highs from ten days ago.  I underestimated the strength of this one, so it is probably for the best that I did not get any shares to short.  When a “real” company gets squeezy, it can surely deny the Framework.

 

DWCH, HPJ Both of these tickers are earnings winners, but DWCH is most appealing to me.  A buy in the high 9.00s for a 2-3 day swing looks like the ideal approach.  The opportunity has probably past, but I will watch for volatility and knowledge. 

 

ENVV This pump looking chart is accelerating to the up side.  I sold my 2 day swing and I am now looking for the notorious morning panic.  The higher this goes the better as we want a lot of volatility when this thing collapses.  I will not be bitter even if this pushes over the 1.00 mark.

 

I have 1,2,2,2,3 Day trades available from IB, and I am a PDT @ Etrade for about another month.  Alexander Elder said it best with this quote.  “If you let the market make you feel high or low, you will lose money”  With that in mind I will do my best to follow my plan and not let Elation, Fear, or Greed influence my decisions.
