I tried to get in 3 times around .13 .14 and .15 while it was up trending and then when I never got filled I waited for the dip and the dip was the end so I sold for a loss. Its something Im really bad at doing lol

- 03:54 PMMicribmglassso Idk for sure and take this with a grain of salt, but I'm pretty sure on a private offering it's those institutional guys that are the ones buying, and since this stock is super high institutional ownership I don't think they're selling on the offering news the way retail investors/traders would. Plus the offering price was well above yesterday's price so that helps a little
