[TimAlerts] $CTIC i wouldn't touch it if it doesn't pick up more vol. than its last 2 days during premarket. If the premarket action isnt there i would expect it to fall back to the 4.25 range. May be a decent short. IMO

[TimAlerts] $CTIC, they don't have the pre market gains out yet, the most resent movement is in the after market. This is my 4th day trading so don't fully trust me. That would be my best evaluation for the stock looking at the past. What do you think?

[TimAlerts] $CTIC I think its the news thats going to make this one jump, and its going to do that during pre market. they just finished the phase 2 approval with FDA and there right on PHASE 3, i think thats good news. 70 million spending for 2017 isn't that bad for a biotech company. Plus the news of progress for 2017 is really going make this one happen.
