[TimAlerts] how ever $MGT opens will determine what ride we will be on, bc just like there are a lot of us holding for growth, there just as many hoping for a drop....with strength possible squeeze that blows the roof off, if panic, well hell the roof and house will come crashing down......im excited (grin)

[TimAlerts] this is good $MGT consolidating a bit before open so it has a little pent up energy to run..

[TimAlerts] at least you are up on $MGT in $1.34 out $1.30 it held support but I don't trust premarket as a support so I got out

DTrain45

[TimAlerts] $MGT is up in the air, it could spike or it could be a morning panic....we will know for sure 730 moutain time lol(headbang)

Hey Tim, I have enough money to fund my account more then the 25k for PDT rule, as a beginner should I only fund enough to get use to profiting first or...have the money in there and just manage risk? Reason I ask is because I thought it would be smart not to start trading without a leash, but PDT rule has hindered me a bit? thanks

Honestly the best thing you can do is do some paper trading first to see what works best for you as far as strategy goes and then fund 1 account with etrade or IB.

Do not trade big at first !!!! Very important to manage your losses quicklyyyy your gonna have to make small trades at first and remenber you have to learn there is probably alot of good info out there, but also a lot of bad also... Wish you luck

@PhdGamer thanks for the info. Yea I funded etrader with half size to get free commission for 60 days. I learned fast the importance of sizing due to me 3 losses already. Paper trading is good been doing it for 4 months profitably. And it aided in the over confidence lol. But I took a step back revisited everything I been learning and going to start next week with a fresh new mentality starting with solid set ups only, proper sizing, and cut losers quickly and intelligently. Good luck to you to

Start out with smaller positions, after your more experienced size them up. The market gives everyone a reality check at times. I'm a fairly new trader as well unfortunately I have learned when I lose money I don't do the same mistake /breaking a rule

@Jason_Raposo will definitely focus more and my sizing and not breaking my rules...if I get stopped out for a small loss (it it ends up going my way) oh well, shouldve did a better job with my entry. lol...better than it going the other way and being bad. Thanks
