[TimAlerts] Anyone look at the Phase III announcement from AAAP at 28.00? NETTER-1 Trial? Any Guidance?

GoRunGo

[TimAlerts] for $COOL there was almost no premarket activity, but it spiked. for SUNE I am going to watch and take notes. $ARTX Seems like it is going NOVA.

[TimAlerts] $PSDV buy back of shares undisclosed, I am not sure what this will do. Any thoughts? Last price 5.30 - $

[TimAlerts] $DVAX is certainly interesting. Good results, joining the call now, but I am not sure about market penetration, and a price of $22.00

I have no idea about this company or what they represent. What I do know is that KBIO was a special case and rarely ever happens in the trading year. In other words, I wouldn't hold my breath on this one if I were you. Just wait for news to come out and respond accordingly. Rememeber a wise thing Tim Sykes said, "Holding and hoping is not a strategy".

So funny! I was talking about this yesterday! I kind of want to buy soon. Tough chart to read

Good point Tunde. Holding and hoping, bad. But also I have a 'gut' feeling that something is going to happen. Don't know what my three datapoints are: Entry, Exit if it goes north, exit if it goes south, then shorting strategy is here. I guess I just watch it.

Good point. I think it also helps to have some meditative mantras in your hands before you make a trade. Some that I know are Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya, or Sri Krsna Caitanya Prabhu Nityananda, Sri Adwaita Gadhadar Srivas Adi Gaura Bhakta Vrinda. These are ancient machines from the east that can be used to control your emotional reaction to things.

@Palmer thats right and sometimes people dont understand the fact of losing money and winning money, but by paper trading first can help you to have control and learn how to cut your losses quickly. Of course if we are talking about a person that really wants to succeed in this ,because some people think that its just a game (paper trading) but if you take it as going to school and losing money is an F and wining money is an A at the end of the month see the grades and tell your self if you need

I would say paper trade longer than 2 weeks, I blew up my first account at age 12 of $1000, then paper trader for 8-9 months, blew up a shared account with a friend, $1700, then paper trader for a year and found Tim and built a structure that I knew i needed but didn't know where to get. Now I'm here, 15 and in the past 2 weeks I am up very handsomely and working hard. WATCH THE DVD'S. Good luck everyone and thanks @timothysykes

Apologies for your profits, and it really shows that you are a Gem of a person in that you don't want this to happen to other people. I guess, if I am working during the day and not able to pay attention to the market then I have to get out.

Do you have an exit goal before you enter every trade or are you just letting it run? If the stock does NOT do what you had planned it to or goes the other way then you get out and cut losses and move on to the next no matter what you think.
