Watchlist for 8.7.017
By Madbash
XXII This pump of days past, and proven spiker had a massive volume day on Friday. After a handful of attempts this had a nice break through the 2.00 area. There is a lot of hype around this tickers technology, but being a previous pump means that there are potential bag holders. This could offer some great dip buys in the 2.30 area, and will probably make for a great short in the days to come.
HUSA I have a short position in this sketchy Energy Ticker. I am looking for the .47 range to cover, but this position is eating up all my buying power. I may take profits if this is looking strong tomorrow, or I will hold if we can test .50 again.
AEZS This choppy biotech has found a base in the 1.60 area and has had a two day push toward the low 2.00s I would consider a short in the 2.30 range if we can get a spike into that resistance area. This is low float, and earnings are being released after market close on the 10th. These guys are in my home town, how fun.
DRYS, TOPS, DCIX, SHIP These shipping tickers are all exhibiting some volatility as the latest round of toxic financing for DRYS dwindles down. I am estimating another 3 full weeks before Kalani is done diluting, but we may get some big moves once the well is dry.
ENVV, RETC, LBUY, NSRPF, TMQ All of these pump looking tickers are in various stages of their pumps. LBUY looks like a good short at this point, and NSRPF and TMQ have yet to have a big crash.
HEMP, MCOA, MJNA, OWCP These weed stocks have all had a little bit of volatility lately. I am watching for big moves that could lead to nice shorts. I doubt there will be much momentum behind this burned out sector.
I have 2,3,3,3,3 Day trades available from IB, and I am a PDT @ Etrade for about another two weeks. I just have one short position to cover, and will be patient as I wait for great set ups. Alexander Elder said it best with this quote. “If you let the market make you feel high or low, you will lose money” With that in mind I will do my best to follow my plan and not let Elation, Fear, or Greed influence my decisions.
