Do you base a lot of your trading psychology on trading in the zone?? it sounds like you have adopted some of marks techniques

Just listened. You have so many good things going on and the things you need to improve on, you point it out in the video. One thing I heard DUX say is if you have too much emotion, you wont make any $. I recommend taking a longer term view, make solid trades and good things will come.

One of my fav things about IB is you can take such a small position to test things out and not get destroyed by commissions. Gl to ya!

@JKelly I do alot of swing trading but im not especially good at that - but havnt read about IT much either so theres something i will definitiy look more into. Im good at buying panics And dips - so my strategy

@StevieW The Swing plays are easier to spot for me. I do ok with day trades with an account over 3k, but on small accounts I need the swing plays to make real money. Just made a great play again. Was gone for awhile do to health reasons and now trade lightly till get my accounts back up

Re-read through the topic. After I finish re-watching HTMM going to YT posted above and re-watch Trader Checklist. Pulled the trigger today and took my biggest loss to date

@Kody Damn that sucks. I'm really sorry to hear that. I pulled the trigger today, too. And made a loss as well. But, at least in my case, it felt good to enter a trade again and to execute it as planned. Even if the result is negative. I stopped out where I planned to do. This counts.

@Nodrog Right on man. I had some major technical difficulties on my end, exited 20 cents under my mental stop. Price just moved too fast.
