$SCON - Float = tiny 1.66M strong consolidation today, double tops at 1.74 so if volume comes in, we could get a b/o and a nice run. 23.18% short of the float means potential short squeeze!

$TOPS - Float =  tiny 1.9M float and with 38.08% short of the float, it could def. pull a $DRYS on us and spike hard due to a short covering rally... It's also a previous spiker, so gotta respect that. 7/2016 it hit 4.00 in 8/2016 it hit 6.60 and last November it went to 6.00 again. It already touched 4.00 A/H so tomorrow should be fun bearing offer.

$RXII - Float = 4.94M Corporate event, some news/PR could come out soon and boost the stock.
