Thanks Ellis, for the afternoon consolidation pattern, is the underlying theory on why we want the spike early in the morning vs late morning/mid-day because it gives more time to consolidate/prove itself and also most traders are offline around mid-day, or something else maybe?

Thank you for the transparency and sharing this with learning students. Solid content here

Thanks for the detailed lesson. I am looking for the best time to enter these kind of plays. Still missing conviction and learning from your videos helps me to build up my knowledge and confidence a lot. Cheers

@karman natural flow of optimal times is going to be start of morning usually 9:45EST as this gives the market time to settle down and pick a direction and 1:30ish to 4. Lunch hours usually provide false reads or choppy price that can not be sized into properly without greater risk.

Priceless! Thanks for explaining your process. Don't enter into consolidation too early, wait for confirmation. Scan for top percent gainers/volume and filter them out based on daily/intraday charts. Additionally scan through chat and see mentions and popularity. Like the comment about tax complainers, even most of the traders aren't in Big boy land yet :D

Thanks Ellis. Play multi-day runners, will keep same stocks for multiple days in watchlist. Having thesis when entering trades is key. Trade like a sniper

Great video man!

Great trade and commentary. I will be using your 9:45 rule. That messed me up today on $TSOI which was a failed spiker but I could have played the dip buy.

@tourdeforcek great! Glad to help!
