@kroyrunner Another thing, wouldn't keeping track of afternoon setups using the layout of the sample spreadsheet you posted eliminate the need to track morning setups since that is basically what tracking day 2 is for? Since it seems that a good afternoon setup can lead to a good morning setup, but not vice versa. I hope I’m making sense, please get back to me when you can.

@Legendario catalyst really doesn't matter to me, i'm mainly just looking at chart pattern and setup!

@Legendario not really sure what you're asking in regards to the spreadsheet question, but you can use them however is beneficial to YOU. not saying my way is the "right" way, just saying that tracking what you want to track can really help you put numbers to a strategy and see how it REALLY works!
