Just check the filings. You can use Bamsec or otcmarkets.com. Look at the 10Qs to see the change in outstanding shares. If there is a significant change, you know the company is being diluted. NSAVs latest 10Q is on otcmarkets.com you can see it for yourself. Also, pay attention to price action, especially on their PRs.
