Just check the filings. You can use Bamsec or otcmarkets.com. Look at the 10Qs to see the change in outstanding shares. If there is a significant change, you know the company is being diluted. NSAVs latest 10Q is on otcmarkets.com you can see it for yourself. Also, pay attention to price action, especially on their PRs. Notice how they always seem to get sold into, no matter how good the PR is? That's a good sign promoters are trying to create liquidity so they (and probably some insiders) can

@tommyvercetti55 Just curious do you use TD waterhouse or TD Ameritrade. I use TD Waterhouse to trade and have no problem with CSE and I the Canadian TOS for all US listed companies
Thanks for the reply! I use TD Waterhouse to trade Canadian Equities, however for CSE listed stocks it doesn't show the level 2 data. I'm also in the process of opening a US margin account to trade US stocks. Do you really neeed $5000 USD minimum with TOS? Thanks!
