Tim, They filed a 15-12g back in 2010 which means they deregistered and delisted. The CEO filed the company for bankruptcy in 2009 and restructured it in 2011. Looks like FCCG owns nothing and probably shouldnt trade.

Entry comments: RISKY/ILLIQUID STOCK WARNING: Bought the owner of Fatburger just for fun since SHAK is such a hot IPO, this is the most illiquid stock ever, I put in $1,000 just in case the media picks up on the fact that this company owns Fatburger, but they haven't filed with the SEC since 2010 so IT'S EXTREMELY RISKY, don't chase it if it spikes a ton I really have no idea how it'll act, just like the idea of owning a piece of Fatburger & plenty of bids at .20 to protect me in case of loss
Exit comments: Nice idea but no Fatburger news or articles anywhere and more importantly Shake Shack is tanking today taking out new IPO lows and probly will drop LOCO style so Fatubrger missed its chance to announce an IPO or spinoff while the hamburger sector was hot...kind of a useless trade, but just wanted to show you outside the box thinking, gotta focus more on GENE/SGNL type Supernova plays, I'm done with these story stocks outside of my http://tim.ly/timlong portfolio where I can hold for months
