Can you explain how you can filter choppiness and spot breakouts?

Entry comments: This EV play/morning spiker is now breaking out of its midday choppiness around .30-.31as new website just went live https://www.carbon-ion.energy/ I'd love to see it retest morning highs at .36ish and ideally breakout to the .40s that's my goal
Exit comments: Tried to be patient but its just not breaking its range convincingly [potential dip buy only, this was a little bit of a forced trade so I gotta catch myself before I slip into over-trading
