stop wouldn't get activated until stock hits 1.70, once stop is triggered it becomes a market order so you might get 1.70 you might get 1.65 or lower

@SmashStocks ohok. thanks. 3 months is enough time to make some more money.
All the best
http://suretrader.com/trading-fees/margin-fees/ - If you account is below $500 and you use margin, they **may** it says, just liquidate your position (and charge you a fee).
Under $100 in equity, looks like they liquidate all positions, towards the bottom of the FAQ.

@DiscoLoke13 Thanks for the karma, returned the favor on your XGTI trade.

[TimAlerts] pdt can be annoying, i missed $GENE on friday because of it. but i think it helps keep things in perspective and prevent over trading. i'm far too aggressive right now to be free of the pdt witch suretrader offers

@Ninja0n3 didn't see your comment on the 5th for AMLH. i got the rumors from another subscription service that focuses on pump and dumps.
looks like stocktips was a little late. rumor was Jan 25th, i exited the following monday. wasn't willing to hold it.

[TimAlerts] $VRNG came on my scanner when the ruling came out and I have been watching, wanted to dip buy it at .82 but missed my fill, at .95 your in midstream and with some news you got some upside but with no news prob will sink a little back down to 80's but your betting on the settlement to come through

all depends on your tax bracket. use this calculator here to play with different numbers http://www.moneychimp.com/features/capgain.htm
@GraniteState Thank you for that, I was wondering the same thing.
It also depends on whether you are trading from a regular account or if you're trading from a ROTH IRA.
