Great post! Thanks for writing this.
You bet! It helps me to learn from my own mistakes as well
Excellent discipline to follow the #1 rule
Rob, this is super helpful. I'm focusing on a few of these lessons right now, so thank you for sharing your experience as a reflection piece. Mostly, I appreciate your candidness: I'm the FNG (fuckin new guy), but even I know better than to take a speculative short on a Friday...in FUCKING POWER HOUR!!!!! I support your awareness and discipline. Can't wait for it to prove big for you soon!
Great one! thanks @Huddie
really great once again. thank you!
Patience. Wait for the weakness. Great lesson. Thanks.
Your vids are without question the most valuable resources on all of profit.ly. My sincerest thanks to you buddy
@GroundUp not sure what you have against this guy. Just because he isn’t posting his trades on Profitly or coming out with material it doesn’t mean he lost everything. All I know is that mason is one smart dude and knows what he is doing. He will definitely succeed.
Thanks for the blog post man! Super helpful!
Awesome post! It is inspiring me to keep learning the market and pursue my dream of being a full time trader! Thank you Mason
Lots of good nuggs of wisdom here. I'm almost 2 months into the challenge now and glad to come across a post like this. It's refreshing to see some long bias, everywhere I turn it seems that people want to drop the hammer on stocks-ha! I can see where you are coming from with understanding the mindset of a short seller to help with long setups--Spikeability and Short Stocking have given me some perspective on this, as well as SEC filings and the book the art of short selling by kathryn staley se
so much good stuff in here!
thanks for sharing this!
good lesson. It would be great if we could see level two as well. Like Grittani showes it on trading tickers.
thanks for recording this great insight

So you only use ThinkOrSwim for trading ? Interesting. Sorry too many questions from new be lol. Yeah STT monthly payments it’s kind of quite a lot for me
Thank you again for your time
Nah, never too many questions! And, I'm pretty new as well. Still looking into opening a new broker because I know using only 1 broker restricts ability to short if need be. Tim & Gurus talk alot about Interactive Brokers, so considering that one or Etrade
I see. Still lots need to understand and still long study process for me. Know nothing about trading at all 😊
