It actually makes a hell of a lot of sense to reconsider First Green Day Overnights. If we stick to perfect setups only, with undeniable catalysts and sizing requirements; even just taking an extra $100 here and there, a couple times per week on average would not only make up for any potential losses on the week to still end green, but it would also give us a fantastic boost to potentially cover 3-4x our weekly profit goal to hit PDT even sooner than October. "Yeah..... YEEAAH... YEAH!!!!!!!!". Let's do it.

Refine, refine, refine. The way things are looking, I may be able to do 2-3x my weekly profit goals to hit PDT much sooner than anticipated.

Keep it up and JUST. DONโ€™T. QUIT. Itโ€™s scary going through the video lessons from 1, 2 and 3 years ago and SO many people in the comments quit or never got started. Even plenty of the people Tim mentions on the video lessons. But it seems that the best thing to do in the beginning is just keep it simple, like you said. Study, study, study seems to be so true. Youโ€™re right, itโ€™s so hard to not hold and hope lol, but like Tim says: even if it works out, you learn the wrong lessons.

Study Study Study and then Study some more but make sure to have some fun while doing it. You might also want to check out airplane jane, I would say she is the female Tim Sykes. Good Luck and glean all you can from this web site.

I'm feeling a lot of the same you are. I've been at this only since about Dec. I think I now know enough to hurt myself. lol. SO much to learn. But..this is such great potential in this--we've got to keep at it. Wishing you much success.

Thanks Jackaroo, I'm new to Tim's rules and the #2 really does seem like the way to go. Thanks for the explanations of the moves again. I must go back and watch the Framework videos again and again. I appreciate your work. Thanks again.

@Pops62 thank you for both of the analysis! I will try, but I still don't quite yet understand all the lines. It will come with experience I imagine! :)

Cool post, thanks! I still have yet to fully understand candle charting. Sounds like itโ€™s a very solid method to your madness! ๐Ÿ˜Š

@heidiv83 Binge through the video lessons! The more you see them and use them, the more itโ€™ll make sense! It was hard for me to understand the difference and significance between the top bars and the bottom, but soon youโ€™ll know it like the back your hand! ๐Ÿคช

Over analysing is something we all go through. Everytime I take a loss that is bigger than I think I should have taken, I go through a phase of fear to pull the trigger.

I get it nobody wants to go back to paper trading after trading from your account, but remember Sykes recommends doing just that when your not being consistent. I have not watched Trading tickers yet. It is high on my to do list! keep studying, keep your head up. It will come to you, I know it!!!

Rob, this is super helpful. I'm focusing on a few of these lessons right now, so thank you for sharing your experience as a reflection piece. Mostly, I appreciate your candidness: I'm the FNG (fuckin new guy), but even I know better than to take a speculative short on a Friday...in FUCKING POWER HOUR!!!!! I support your awareness and discipline. Can't wait for it to prove big for you soon!
