Good self assessment. You being honest helps me review these fundamentals (as a newbie) to always make good choices. I let someone scare me off a play yesterday too. Good thing because the OTC comissions on TDAmeritrade would have probably eaten all my Micro Account gains. But the fact is, it was HIS opinion, and not my own research (after I SAID do your own research) that swayed my action. I won't let that happen again either. Good lesson. Thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback. Way to keep at it. Just gotta "walk it off" and get back in there. It's a brand new day! :D

Sitting here watching PAVM on my ToS paper trader. It's SO tempting to just jump in... "I did some homework. I'm watching it go green. I can take some of these gains." ~Emotions I'm ok though. I'm learning about bid/ask and how that affects the price intraday. I'm watching the volume shift and so I should be hunting for the catalysts - to know why these moves are happening. I'm studying up. I'll be able to pick good setups.

Hidsighting: At the time of this post it was just after the holiday. As of the 18th PAVM Last = 2.46 / Open = 2.49. As of today Last = 3.37, and the chart pattern says "still climbing".

Not a hot day trade per se, but helpful for growing a small account. Up 1.00/share in a week.

Yes it's a sketchy stock. It's otc listed for a reason. I don't know why the stock has uptrended on the yearly chart but it's not a legit runner. The stock literally oid nly trades a few hundred shares per day. Looks like solid manipulation by 1 trader trying to keep the stock alive or something. I would not ever invest into this. I wouldn't even day trade it.

Ok cool. Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep looking until I'm good at picking good ones.
