@msim6 Sorry for the delay in getting back. On which platform? There's no button for different trades, buy/sell short/etc., the default is buying, you have to modify the option where it says "buy", change it to "sell short" by choosing this option from the pull down menu where the "buy" sits. Hope I'm taking sense. Customer service is 24/7 vis phone 1800-669-3900
