@TradinginHeels I personally set market cap to micro(under 300 million), performance at +5%, I place dollar amount under 20, and lastly volume over 1 million

I constantly tweak those numbers around, I mat use a 750k volume scan or maybe bigger market cap, but those are my most commonly used #'s

@TradinginHeels Seems beginning w/ trading is even more difficult than I thought ... may I ask with how much you started? Are you still trading?

I can relate to what you are saying, because it's been a struggle for me as well. I have finally discovered the chart patterns and strategies that work well for me and I am honing my skills in those ones. It took A LOT of study and dedication. I stopped trading with real money the beginning of june and have only been paper trading. Once I have a 70-80% win ratio I'll start trading with my own money.

The key is to learn Tim patterns period. You will have a rough time if you decide to get into his trades live like the rest of the 200 or so people do in chat. You have to learn to find your own stocks and apply the rules rather it's earning winners, fantastic news or just a great chart pattern. That's what helped me the most is to be independent from Tim and find your own runners to make $$$. Yes it's a alot of hard work but when you hit $200 to $1,000 winning trades it will make you work harde

[TimAlerts] The challenge is amazing. I highly recommend it. it was a great choice for a person like me who had NO knowledge or experience. I'm still a newbie so still feeling quite overwhelmed with this trading stuff. lol hopefully, it will all start clicking one day soon. thx for the heads up on $ACUR. definitely will keep an eye on it. r u trading it?

[TimAlerts] very true. yesterday i became aware of $AXPW at .11 and kick myself that i didn't jump on it then. now it's such a crap-shoot whether to get in or not

[TimAlerts] I just don't think any of us can say with confidence right now which way $AXPW will go from here. Just be careful is all I'm saying. For those long, I hope this runs hard to the upside this morning!

[TimAlerts] imo, getting in AXPW now, without seeing further price action (either up or down) would be a gamble. Remember $AXN from last week...it had a big run up in a/h and I, among others, was convinced it was going up the next day. It was stagnant the next pre market and tanked on the open. I was up a grand a/h and painfully sold just above break even...just be careful all...
