Thank you for sharing this, don't feel so bad. I have 4 accounts with $16k and I'm currently down $2k. Did you have the HTTM dvd's? It might be helpful to you in the future.

@donebeingpoor Yes I've seen HTTM. I've since improved. I only try and trade the first two dips and I can see when a stock is overextended now. :)

@Chongette32 I was just gonna say I usually buy 3-5 cents above break-out, just to make sure.

@Pennytrader420 if ever you do Open up a TD Ameritrade account, be sure to watch @Arussell125 YouTube videos on how to use tools and set up your SCANS, use that until you've made enough money to buy a better SCAN.

I agree with GreTa. For new accounts TD gives you 500 free trades and the ThinkOrSwim platform in which you can see Level 2 info. Hope that helps!
