I agree about the resistance, but every bounce play always has resistance and it never stops the bounces from happening, although i agree that there are plateaus here causing resistance levels which might be trickier. But it's still in play i think

For me personally, I don't worry about avg - if trade is working I will try to get in as big as I can and stay patient as much as i can. Same for cutting, I will sell into weakness if I have to. I recommend sizing up if you are doing well in a setup, and right market. Understand, you will take that bigger loss, and you could turn win to loss. But when it works it will be rewarding.

I have only ever had one problem with executions over 9 months with Schwab. I know Schwab gets a bit of a bad rap (on here) but I've been very happy with the size I'm trading (which is up to 10K position sometimes)

And those times that it did, it bit me in the behind...so not a happy camper with IB. My current broker's are TD, ETrade, and STT (which is synced up with ETrade.) I'll have to look into seeing if there are any tutorials that I can learn from, for TZ Pro too...looks promising though.
